Staying in the Arabesque Suite, I loved the fine 5'10" polished cement bathtub and the excellent tile and plaster work throughout the place.
The climate control felt lacking. The reversible A/C struggled to keep up when it got chilly outside, leading to an uncomfortable first night. The pool also stays cold regardless of the outside temperature, which hindered enjoying it .

The Berbère suite was really nice with its charming decor and comfortable beds. The reversed A/C didn't effectively heat the room .

Really good hospitality in Fes!
Waking up to the aroma of local breakfast delicacies was good. The staff treated us like family, and their attentiveness. Exploring the vibrant Medina so easily from this location was a dream come true.
The only downside was the cooler pool temperature, which wasn't quite inviting . We also encountered a little miscommunication concerning payment, which caused some minor frustration.

Positive, I stayed in the Arabesque Suite for 3 nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and Blue Gate. The staff was very nice, cute us with mint tea, and they even provided an early breakfast on our last day. The massage and hammam were reasonably priced and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place 😍

The pool was a perfect spot to relax after our adventures. Breakfast was always fresh, with coffee and tea available all day. The super nice team in organizing our activities. I'd highly recommend this place!
The only downside was the room feeling a bit cramped for three people, a little uncomfortable. Despite this, it didn't ruin our experience.

Beautifully decorated and spacious suite close to the medina, providing a peaceful retreat. The friendly staff, and chilling in the clean pool was refreshing after exploring the busy streets. A mini-fridge would enhance the experience, but overall, a good stay.

Really good stay with fantastic Moroccan cuisine
My experience here was lovely! The charming Serail Suite was large and immaculate, providing all the comfort we needed. Every meal, especially dinner, was an absolute delight-it's definitely worth dining in every night. The pool offered a refreshing retreat after exploring the medina. The only downside was that the daytime manager didn't quite maintain the same warmth throughout our stay after a sales conversation.

The Arabesque Suite was fine with its traditional decor, and the homemade breakfast of fresh orange juice and fried eggs was a good treat. I enjoyed the relaxing hamman experience and the cooling dip in the pool after exploring. The only niggle was that access to the bathroom was a bit tricky, but it didn't take away from an amazing stay 😄

Very nice location right in the heart of the old town. The attentive staff were cute, providing us with delicious meals, including fresh-cracked eggs at breakfast. While the hammam experience was excellent, I found the massage too light for my taste. The tour guide we had was more about keeping pace than providing information, and I faced some communication issues regarding payment, a bit frustrating.
